A group of girls from Colehill Rangers enjoyed a trip to London over the Christmas period.

They watched the popular musical Les Misérables in the West End, enjoyed time in Covent Garden, Camen Market and the fabulous Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park.

A group of young children from Parley First School were taken to Osmington Bay Adventure Centre to take part in a range of outdoor activities.

Catherine, a third year Fashion student from the University for the Creative Arts is set to enjoy a trip to New York City to purchase fabric for her final collection.

Pete and Linda Thornton were delighted to be invited to present awards to six young musicians from the Coda Fiddle Orchestra (CFO) at a recent concert at St Clements Church Hall. 

The JTYAF was delighted to support a young man from Ferndown Middle School funding his subscription to the Air Training Corps and also helping with the cost of boots and the equipment he needed to take part.

The JTYAF has recently awarded funding to three local young people so that they could receive the 1:1 care and assistance that they needed to go on holiday with their Brownie, Guide and Beaver Scout friends.

A local young man will be travelling to South Africa in 2017 on a 3 week Rugby Tour.  A fantastic opportunity for him to not only play rugby but to gain an insight into the social and political history of the country and the JTYAF is delighted to contribute to his trip.

The JTYAF has recently awarded bursaries to 3 students from Christchurch Learning Centre to help them to take a step on the journey towards achieving their ambitions.

The JTYAF recently funded an expedition to Ghana where eight Qualified Air Cadet Junior Leaders (QJL's) spent three weeks working with the UK based charity Village by Village.

Six students from Victoria Education Centre, many of whom have life limiting conditions, have been given a once in a lifetime opportunity to visit Florida in 2017.

Simon is pursing an exciting career working with animals and is currently studying at Sparsholt College in Winchester. As part of his course he is taking part in an educational trip to South Africa in May 2016 where he will be working alongside vets and rangers in Kruger Park and Maholoholo.

A young cadet from the Dorset and Wiltshire Air Cadet wing has been selected to attend the International Air Cadet Exchange in Canada.
